Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container, ensuring you include all certificates and the RA form.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
